Araştırmada, Frank Martin'in yaşamı, müzikal kimliği ve adı geçen eserin yazım süreci anlatılmış, klasik gitar repertuvarındaki öneminden bahsedilmiş, bölümlerin müzikal ve kullanılan gitar teknikleri bakımından detaylı bir analizi yapılmıştır.
