dc.description.abstractŞÜKRİYE DİKMEN 1948'de İstanbul Güzel Sanatlar Akademisi'nin Yüksek Resim Bölümü'nden, 1953'te Paris École du Louvre'un Sanat Tarihi bölümünden mezun oldu. Paris'te üç sene Fernand Léger'nin atölyesinde, iki sene Académie Ranson'da Singier ve Roger Chastel ile çalıştı. Açtığı kişisel sergiler: 1953: Galerie Jeanne Castel, Paris. 1954: Redoute Kulübü, Bad Godesberg, Almanya. 1954: Fransız Konsolosluğu, İstanbul. 1955: Helikon Galerisi, Ankara. 1955: Bezalel Müzesi, Kudüs, İsrail. 1955: Fransız Sefareti Kültür Derneği, Tel Aviv, İsrail. 1956: Şehir Galerisi, İstanbul. 1956: Amerikan Kültür Derneği, Ankara. 1962: Alman Kültür Derneği, İstanbul. 1965: Alman Kültür Derneği, İstanbul. Yurt dışında çeşitli resim sergilerine katıldı. Bu bağlamda, 1953'te Paris'te Les Surindépendants, 1954'te Galerie Raymond Duncan'da Peintures et Sculptures sergilerine, 1957'de Edinburgh Festivaline, 1961'de São Paulo Bienali'ne ve 1962'de Brüksel, Paris ve Viyana'da açılan Çağdaş Türk Sanatı sergilerine katıldı.en_US
